Meet Dave
I bring over 20 years of public service experience to Salem's Ward 4. As Operations Director at the Oregon Health Authority and former Deputy Director of Deschutes County Health Services, I've turned ideas into real solutions that work for Oregon communities.
I know how government works—and how to make it work better. During my 12 years at Deschutes County and 6 years at OHA, I've built a strong record of getting things done through smart planning and working with others.
​But I'm not just about government operations. I'm a community organizer who's seen firsthand how one voice can grow into a movement that changes policies. Nothing inspires me more than watching a neighbor realize their voice matters and they have the power to make real change.
Combined with my master's degrees in Public Administration and Community Planning, I bring both grassroots experience to connect on a neighborhood level as well as professional expertise to this race.
South Salem deserves a City Councilor who can navigate government, build coalitions, and deliver results. I have the experience and motivation to serve Ward 4, but I can't do it alone. Please join me.
