Ward 4 is Salem's fastest-growing area, and the decisions we make now will shape our community for generations to come.

As your City Councilor, I'll ensure new development meets our community's values—not just minimum requirements. That means prioritizing housing affordability, traffic safety for families, walkable neighborhoods, and projects that enhance what makes our area special.

Development affects everything: the safety of our streets, the schools our children attend, the parks where they play, and the character of our neighborhoods. I'll bring residents' voices to City Hall and make decisions that reflect what matters most to the people who call Ward 4 home.

✔ Safe Communities
 

I will work to provide robust public safety services and ensure streets and sidewalks are designed to create safe places for our families to travel on foot, bike, or car.
 

Ward 4 is growing rapidly, and with that growth comes increased responsibility to ensure our infrastructure keeps pace with our community's needs.
 

Safe transportation means well-maintained roads, properly designed intersections, and infrastructure that protects drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians alike. As our population grows, we need traffic calming measures in residential areas, safe routes to schools, and a transportation system that serves everyone.
 

Public safety requires adequate funding for police, fire, and emergency services. A growing community means more calls for service, greater demand on first responders, and the need for strategic planning to ensure response times don't suffer as our area expands.
 

These aren't issues we can address year-by-year. We need a long-term plan that anticipates Ward 4's continued growth and ensures we build the infrastructure and maintain the public safety services our families deserve. I will work with the City Council, first responders, and our community to develop a comprehensive strategy that keeps Ward 4 safe as it grows.

Public service is a privilege that demands the highest ethical standards. That means transparent decision-making, no conflicts of interest, and a commitment to serving all residents.
 

I will listen to everyone I represent, whether we agree or not. I will make decisions based on what's best for our community and explain my reasoning clearly. And I will hold myself accountable to you, because earning and keeping your trust is fundamental to effective leadership.
 

Ward 4 needs a voice on City Council that works for the people. I'm committed to ethical leadership that puts community interests above all else.
